This document forms a legally binding agreement between bdd9 ("Platform", "we") and its users ("you", "member"). By accessing the website or registering an account, you are deemed to have agreed to all of these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1.1 Right to Amend

bdd9 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will publish a notice on the website for significant changes. Continuing to use the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated terms.

1.2 Applicable Law

These terms are governed by applicable international internet gaming laws. Should any dispute arise, both parties will first attempt to resolve it through mutual agreement.

To open an account at bdd9, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
• All information you provide must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Each user may operate only one account.
• Opening an account in someone else's name or identity is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure security, bdd9 may request to verify your identity at any time. This may include copies of your national ID, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals from the account may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login details confidential. Report any unauthorized access to our support team immediately. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited.

bdd9 supports the most widely used payment methods in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Funds can be deposited and withdrawn through the following methods:

• Bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank)

3.2 Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Transactions below these limits cannot be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are generally completed within 1 hour. In special circumstances, funds will only be released once account verification is complete.

3.4 Third-Party Payments

Withdrawals will only be made to the same account from which the deposit was made. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be approved. This is a mandatory policy to prevent money laundering.

bdd9 provides attractive bonus offers for its members. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳6,000 → Bonus ৳5,000 (maximum) → Total balance ৳11,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses may only be used to play games on the platform.
• A promotional offer cannot be claimed more than once.
• Transferring bonus balance to another account is prohibited.
• Unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled when the promotion expires.
• bdd9 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.

4.4 Abuse Prevention

Misuse of the bonus system — such as opening multiple accounts, providing false information, or using any strategic betting method that goes against bonus terms — will be treated as a punishable offence and may result in account closure.

bdd9's VIP program has three tiers. Members can advance to higher tiers based on their regular gaming activity.

• Bronze Tier: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Silver Tier: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Gold Tier: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the member's gaming activity and engagement on the platform. Cashback is added to the account on a weekly basis.

5.1 VIP Benefit Terms

The account must remain active to receive VIP cashback and special benefits. VIP benefits may be suspended if any restrictions are placed on the account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdd9 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• One person operating multiple accounts.
• Providing false or incomplete registration information.
• Intentional misuse of the bonus system.
• Dishonestly exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes by coordinating with other members.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Using the platform for money laundering or financial fraud.

bdd9 reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities if suspicious activity is detected.

bdd9 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We want all our members to use gaming as a form of entertainment, not as a source of addiction.

7.1 Self-Exclusion and Limit Setting

Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their own account if they wish. Contact the support team for a temporary break or permanent self-exclusion.

7.2 Protection of Minors

A member may request to close their account at any time. In that case, the available real balance (free of wagering requirements) will be withdrawable.

10.1 Account Closure by bdd9

bdd9 may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• If the member is engaged in prohibited activities as described in Section 6.
• If it is proven that the account was opened with false information.
• If required documents for KYC verification are not provided.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.
